What is a digital download?

A digital download also known as a printable, is a file version of the design and NOT a physical product. It is usually a PDF, JPG or PNG file. Digital downloads give you the ability to print out your order in the comfort of your own home, at your own convenience and as many times as you like. Please note that all download on Be Messy Be Bold Be You are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

How do I receive my digital downloads?

Add the digital items that you would like to your cart. Complete the check-out process. Once you finish checking out you will see your files are instantly accessible on your completed checkout page. Just click the link, download, print and enjoy! Your files will remain available for 24 hours after your purchase is completed. Most of the downloads offered consist of multiple pages. Those will download as a compressed zip file.

What is a zip file?

A zip file is a common format that's used to reduce size of a file by compressing one or more files together into a single location. This can reduce the file size up to 50% which makes it a lot easier to transport and store. ZIP files work in the same way as a standard folder on your computer.

How do I open a zip file?

Once you have downloaded your zip file, double click on the folder to open. Once opened, the files inside the folder will be displayed. Click on ‘extract all’ which is located above the files. A pop up will appear asking you where you would like to save your files. Choose a destination and then click ‘extract’. Your files will now be available to view on your computer.
